“ Always the best. All the Cajun dishes are excellent but so is the rest of the menu. Service is fast. The Italian cream cake is amazing. Seating is either inside or on the front patio. And open in the evenings. ”

“ I got the daily special chicken fried chicken with dirty rice and French fries. The chicken was crunchy and tender enough to cut with a fork. The dirty rice has banana peppers or some sort of yellow pepper that I not a big fan of but still was very good. French fries were fresh and crispy, if it was hit with a little more salt fresh out the grease it would be perfect, still good. The gravy was also delicious. Plus they gave complimentary bread, although I did not try it. Overall I'd give it a 7.7/10 for taste and 10/10 for price. This meal was only $11.20 and with tip $14.50! ”

“ Is it as good as the original? Not quite. Will it do in a pinch? Absolutely. While battling holiday traffic around Memorial City Mall, we decided to give this Treebeards location a try. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Saturday. The food was pretty solid, albeit the chicken fried chicken was a little soggy on one side, and our red beans and rice was lukewarm. I really liked their Mac and cheese + chicken and dumplings. The staff was extremely kind and the space was very comfortable. I would stop by again if in the Memorial area. It doesn't hold a candle to the original, but in a pinch, it was still better than other options in the area. ”

“ Ordering was a breeze. We sat our self and waited maybe 15min if not less then our food was served. All the staff were nice. Love the indoor / outdoor seating. Fried deviled eggs.....over priced but the flavor was a 10/10 Mac n cheese 9/10 Greens 8/10 Bbq shrimp and grits 8/10 Shrimp étouffée 9/10 The food needed to be served hot and not room temp. ”
